Australia’s largest onshore D&C project management company, inGauge Energy enjoys a well-established reputation for delivering safe and successful development drilling, exploration drilling, completions, and P&A programs for both Australian Operators and Government Agencies alike.
We have a client base exceeding 50 separate companies and have completed more than 90 project assignments. Our recent projects span WA, QLD, SA, NSW, NT, Victoria and New Zealand, and we have constructed in excess of 50 wells and P&A’d a further 15 wells in the past 18 months alone.
inGauge Energy has an impeccable safety and environment performance record and achieved its accreditations in 2016. Since that time we remain the only Australian dedicated Well Engineering Project Management firm that is fully accredited to.
We have the internal capacity to issue our engineering programs and designs signed off by CPEng and RPEQ certified engineers as is currently legally required for professional engineering services in Queensland and Victoria.

Safer Together is a not-for-profit, member-led organisation of Operating Companies and Contract Partner Companies in the rapidly evolving Australian Energy Production Industry. Queensland Petroleum and Exploration Association (QUPEX) est. 1959 is a not-for-profit association that aims to provide members and the oil and gas community the opportunity to share experience and information. Its success as an industry association can be attributed to its membership base across all aspects of the industry. Our CEO, Joanna Groves is Vice President of the organisation, Jasmin McLean ss Treasurer, and Jill (Jae) Blain as Secretary.
Co-founded by our CEO, Joanna (Jo) Groves, QWOW was created to build a stronger, more connected community for women working across the traditionally male-dominated fields of well engineering, drilling, and energy project delivery, creating a platform where women could be visible, valued, and supported — opening doors for mentorship, collaboration, and leadership at every stage of their careers. Wonder of Science fosters a STEM culture that empowers and increases capability for positive student and societal outcomes via access to high-quality, evidence-based STEM education. Specifically, a culture where all students, their teachers, parents and other community members understand and value the importance and potential of Science, and STEM pathways and careers.
Through our involvement, inGauge Energy team members volunteer their time and expertise as Wonder of Science Young Science Ambassadors and Industry Advocates, sharing their professional experiences to help students see the real-world applications of science, technology, engineering, and maths.
The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) connects professionals from all corners of the oil and gas sector, fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth and is the world’s largest individual-member organisation serving professionals in all areas of the upstream energy sector. We’re a team of active SPE members, participating in events, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums. Project Kindy is an Australian grassroots charity dedicated to supporting village-run kindergartens in remote Malawi.
Project Kindy provides vital funding for village-run kindergartens, helping to supply daily meals, education materials, and basic infrastructure for children living in extreme poverty. What started as a simple idea — a $4 monthly donation to feed 40 children — has now grown to support over 1,000 young learners across multiple communities.

Through our involvement with Project Kindy, we contribute to ensuring that children in these communities have the foundation they need to thrive — with access to nutritious food, early education, and hope for a better future.
Outback Futures employs a community facilitation model designed specifically for the bush, aiming to renew hope, build resilience, and strengthen community ties. Their services include delivering allied and mental health support, facilitating community well-being initiatives, and providing resources tailored to the needs of outback communities .

Katie Rose Cottage Hospice, located in Doonan, Queensland, is a fully accredited, not-for-profit facility providing 24/7 palliative care to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses. Our involvement with Katie Rose Cottage Hospice includes financial contributions and active participation in fundraising events.
