We collect personal information directly from you where possible, including when you apply for a role, provide onboarding documents, submit timesheets or invoices, complete inductions, or communicate with us. We may also collect information from third parties such as referees, clients, and service providers where appropriate.

We use personal information to manage employment and contractor engagements, deliver services to clients, support safety and compliance obligations, administer permits and site access requirements, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Disclosure to third parties

We may disclose personal information to clients, site operators, suppliers, professional advisers, IT service providers, and regulators where required for our operations or where permitted or required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Overseas disclosures

We may use systems or service providers that store or process information outside Australia. Where personal information is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure privacy protections are maintained.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. We only keep personal information for as long as needed, including to meet legal record-keeping obligations, and we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it when no longer required.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting us. If you have a privacy enquiry or complaint, please contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 30 days). If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
