Dion Baggio — Fluid & Waste Management Specialist
With over 20 years of experience across the petroleum industry, Dion Baggio brings deep technical expertise and hands-on operational insight to every project he supports. His career spans a wide range of service company roles, covering cementing, fracture and acid stimulation, fluid management, sand control, coring, drilling, and directional drilling.
After 12 years with Halliburton, where he honed his focus on downhole operations, Dion co-founded Grizzly Energy Services. Recognising a gap in the market, he helped grow the company from a dry hire fluid storage provider into a full-service fluid management operation, delivering frac support, flowback, well testing, and vac hauling services to clients.
Dion’s real strength lies in his adaptability — combining technical knowledge with strong communication skills to work seamlessly with customers, technical teams, and operational staff alike. He is passionate about helping operators optimise their fluid and waste management strategies to drive safer, more efficient outcomes.
