Matt is a highly experienced, chartered professional engineer with over 25 years experience in drilling and completions. He started his career with Halliburton in Fracture Stimulation and Coiled Tubing working around Australia, New Zealand and PNG. Matt spent nearly 18 years at Santos in drilling and completions working on numerous onshore and offshore projects in the Cooper Basin, Northern Territory, Northwest Shelf and Vietnam. He held leadership positions since 2012 with a hands-on focus on Onshore Completions, Workovers, Interventions, Well Integrity and Well Decommissioning. Matt has a strong engineering and operational focus, delivering many complex and challenging projects along with managing fast paced, day to day activities of a large work program.
