With 30 years of experience in the oil and gas, CO@ and geothermal industry (15yrs as a DSV/OCR), including 20 in Australian fields, Mick has worked with leading organisations such as Santos, inGauge Energy, Sperry Drilling Services, and Rheochem/Newpark gaining expertise in drilling operations, directional drilling, work-over, rigless, CTU and drilling fluids services.
Offering significant experience in senior supervisory roles Mick is adept at managing costs, inventories, and 24/7 real-time logistics in remote and offshore environments. A dedicated mentor and coach, Mick excels in training and supporting rig teams of all skill levels. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering), Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, IWCF Well Control certification and range of other certifications including Safety Leadership and Taproot Investigation.
