Well Integrity Gets Targeted

inGauge Energy has started a project with a major Australian gas producer to review and update their well integrity management system. The aim of the project is to be much more pre-emptive and targeted in response to well integrity issues to ensure money is spent resolving issues rather than simply re-confirming known problems.

Gas Flaring at Carpentaria 1

Empire today updated the market with images of the flare at Carpentaria 1. This is a particularly exciting time for Empire as years of work starts to show itself in gas to surface. Tom (inGauge Completion Engineer) is getting to be an expert with the inGuage drone, taking some fantastic images of the flare shining forth on site, as the sun sets over the vast expanse of the Empire acreage. Tom was quoted as saying that using the drone was the only way of keeping Kelvin out of the photos.

inGauge passes ISO and Australian Standards Recertification Audit

inGauge passes ISO and Australian Standards Recertification Audit

Since our founding in 2013, we have always recognised the importance of providing a reliable and consistently high level of service to our clients.  It was therefore a natural progression for us to seek formal accreditation of our management systems, and in 2016 inGauge became fully accredited to  AS/NZS 4801, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
The implementation of these HSEQ management systems coupled with our in-house Well Engineering Management System which requires that all work be signed off by CPEng and RPEQ engineers demonstrates this ongoing quality commitment to our clients.  We’re pleased to report that this month we passed our externally run annual recertification audit without issue.  Thanks to those clients that provided vital feedback in support of this process.

Leigh Creek announces EPCM contract with inGauge

Leigh Creek announces EPCM contract with inGauge

Today our client Leigh Creek Energy (LCK) announced the signing of an EPCM contract with us to provide the well engineering services for their 2021 program.  LCK has recently been awarded a petroleum production licence to supply gas as part of the Leigh Creek Energy Project (LCEP).  The LCEP is a project to develop granular urea for soil nutrient replenishment at a cost below that of current imports.  The supply gas required to support this urea production will come from in-situ gasification wells that inGauge has now been contracted to design, seek approval for and construct on behalf of the client.  We are thrilled to be invited back to work with LCK again and look forward to the commencement of this first commercialisation phase.
