Simon is a founding partner of inGauge and a well engineering professional with over twenty years’ operational experience including conventional oil and gas, geothermal, HPHT, and coal seam gas drilling and completions.

Four years’ offshore experience including semi-submersible tender assist, drill ship and jack-up.

Fourteen years’ management experience including roles as Operations Manager, Drilling Team Leader, Drilling and Completions Manager and Production Manager; demonstrating competency in management of rig operations, well design, complex project planning and execution.

Jordan, a founding member of inGauge has over seventeen years’ operational experience in complex well execution and project management, this includes projects in conventional oil and gas, HPHT, coal seam gas and deep water bores. Jordan has experience in roles such as Drilling Manager, Drilling Team Leader, Senior Drilling Engineer and Drilling & Completion Engineer; demonstrating competency in management of rig operations, well design, complex project planning and execution. 

Jordan’s passion is being a leader in operational excellence in the space of well execution. He has been the lead in some of inGauge Energy’s most successful projects including as in situ Drilling Manager for Westside Corporation, Comet Ridge and most recently Empire Energy’s Northern Territory Carpentaria 1 well.

Jordan has experience onshore and offshore in Australia, United Kingdom, Africa, Papua New Guinea and the Middle East.

Kelvin Wuttke

Kelvin Wuttke : Principal Engineer                                          

Kelvin has over twenty four years of industry experience ranging from conventional onshore oil & gas to CSG and international offshore operations, with both field and office based experience.   

Technical expertise includes drilling & completions design, workovers, well testing, artificial lift, pipelines and surface facilities, across conventional and CSG environments. Experience includes managing combined drilling, completion and stimulation projects, remediation workovers, snubbing, fracture stimulation, underbalanced operations, and a wide variety of artificial lift projects.

Management and supervisory experience as Completions Superintendent, Completions Team Leader, CSG Drilling and Completions Manager and Project Manager roles building and managing teams that work effectively and efficiently.

Joanna has over 20 years of industry experience across a wide range of projects including Conventional Oil and Gas, CSG and Unconventional Operations. She has held field and office based roles such as Drilling and Completions Engineering Team Leader, Technical Development and Planning Team Leader, Senior Wells Engineer (Well Interventions), Staff Wells Engineer (Front End) and Drilling and Completions Engineer.

Jo’s strengths centre around her ability to build strong and effective relationships and manage complex projects through to execution. She communicates openly, honestly and in a straightforward manner to build trust and loyalty. These excellent communication skills coupled with her practical and realistic thinking result in high efficiency through project execution. Her key competencies are drilling planning and execution, well remediation and plug and abandonment operations.

Warren is a highly qualified oil and gas professional with over eighteen years experience in the oil and gas drilling industry. He has held senior leadership positions on both the operator and service sides of the drilling industry, and covered a wide variety of applications including; Onshore and Offshore Conventional, Onshore Unconventional (Deep Shale Gas, HTHP, UCG & CSG) and Geothermal (Conventional and EGS).

Warren has a strong operational focus having planned and delivered some of the most high profile and technically challenging projects in Australia in the last few years. His key competencies include project planning and execution, drilling dynamics and BHA optimisation, contract negotiation and contractor management.

Trent has extensive experience in safety management systems, incident investigation, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, workplace health and safety, safety auditing, waste management and environmental services in both office and field based roles.
