In early 2022, InGauge Energy commenced site works and subsequent drilling and seismic operations in the Telford Basin, as part of the data gathering for the future gas field development project in Leigh Creek. Earthmoving and civils equipment was mobilised in early March in preparation geotechnical drilling, seismic operations and the main investigation drilling campaign. Civils works commenced in March with construction including the main drilling pads and associated infrastructure to host the Silver City Drilling rig, Silver City Rig 4. A shallow Geotechnical investigation program commenced in March, with the 2 short campaigns concluding in April. The Drill Rig for the well campaign was mobilised in late April 2022 with drilling activities commencing in early May. This main drilling campaign targeted all 3 seams for evaluation and data gathering with all holes being completed for ongoing groundwater monitoring. Drilling activities concluded in July and was followed by a 3D seismic campaign that concluded in mid-August 2022.

Lakes Oil N.L., the oldest Australian focused oil and gas exploration company, changed its name to Lakes Blue Energy N.L. in 2020 to better reflect its focus on producing cheap, clean, dispatchable energy from alternative sources (eg Hydrogen, waste heat, compressed air technologies, etc) beyond the traditional oil and gas space.
inGauge assists CTSCo to drill West Moonie 2, achieves all critical well objectives, on time and under budget
CTSCo’s West Moonie 2 well has been completed on time and below budget with all objectives achieved. inGauge managed the well design, preplanning and execution on behalf of CTSCo.
Glenaras Pilot Enhancement Programme
inGauge provided engineering and project execution for the 2021 workover campaign aimed at enhancing production from the Glenaras Lateral Pilot area. The programme has now been completed and is showing signs of success with gas rates in the field increasing to near 80 Mscfd.
